Refund policy

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately  if you have any issues.  If you receive your order and an item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  We will, at our discretion, offer to send out replacements for the broken item(s) or offer a refund.  Photographs of any damage/loss will be requested so please do not throw away the packaging until after photos have been submitted.  If a package is heavily damaged upon receipt, please do refuse package.

Damages and Exchanges
All sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless an order was found to be missing items or containing incorrect products, in which event, returns, exchanges and refunds will be accepted for the missing or incorrect products with prior approval and the issue of a Return Material Authorization.

All orders found to be incorrect or missing items must be reported to the Company within 7 days of receipt to process a claim. After 7 days, all orders are presumed to be accurate and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.  Any return authorized by us will be a credit to your account.
