Can CD wicks be used with AromaMax waxes?
Yes. CD wicks are a recommended starting series for testing our AromaMax waxes, including para-soy and coconut-soy-apricot blends. The correct wick size must be determined through testing with your specific wax, fragrance, and candle design.
Should I test multiple wick sizes?
Yes. We recommend testing neighboring CD wick sizes to determine which provides the best overall performance for your finished candle. Always conduct complete burn testing before selling candles.
Wick recommendations are starting guidelines, not guaranteed results. Candle performance depends on the complete formulation and proper burn testing.
