Candle-Making Tips

How much wax does this jar hold?

Although designated as a 15oz tumbler, the recommended wax fill is approximately 12 oz by weight. Actual fill weight may vary depending on your wax formulation and desired fill level.

What wick should I use?

The correct wick depends on your wax formulation, fragrance load, and other ingredients. Use the vessel's inside diameter as a starting point for wick selection, and always conduct proper burn testing before producing candles for sale. Is a matching lid available?

Yes! Our 3.5" Acacia Wood Lid coordinates beautifully with all three Solera 15 oz finishes. The lid is sold separately.
